The vulnerable children in American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) populations show disparate outcomes in many areas such as education and employment. This session will provide information about native youth and focus on ways to engage youth in discussions with the goal of identifying Indian Child Welfare (ICW) priorities for tribal and urban Indian communities. The session will also focus on possible solutions and creative ways to engage native youth as they work on these issues.
