Grantmaker Salary and Benefits (GSB) Survey
Offered in partnership with the Council on Foundations, Philanthropy Southwest members are invited to participate in an annual salary and benefits survey designed to gather comprehensive data on staff composition and compensation in the U.S. for use in planning budgets, benchmarking personnel policies, determining salary levels for staff, and more.  NEW!  In addition to complimentary access to the annual report (a $439 value), PSW members who participate in this year's 2018 annual survey will have complimentary access to an online benchmarking tool for use in creating custom salary, benefits, and demographic reports (available September 2018).  For instructions, please click here.

Foundation Legal Help Desk
Through a partnership with colleague organization, the Indiana Philanthropy Alliance (IPA), members of Philanthropy Southwest have access to legal assistance. IPA has a long history of providing this service to their members of community foundations with answers to legal questions related to the operation of a community foundation.  To learn more, click here.
 
Community Foundations CEO Listserve
Philanthropy Southwest offers a national listserve for community foundation CEOs. This service allows community foundation CEOs to communicate easily via email with community foundation CEOs from across the country, to pose questions, engage in conversations and more.  The service is being made available to our community foundation members as a benefit of membership with Philanthropy Southwest and is operated by United Philanthropy Forum, which is PSW’s national network.  To join this National Listserve, please contact Adrienne Clay.
