NEW for Community Foundations!
On-Line Express Training and Certification Program for New and Seasoned Practitioners
PSW members receive a $400 discount on an online training and certificate program focused on community foundation core essentials. This first-of-its-kind series of affordable on-line training videos and certificate program for communities of all sizes anywhere in America was developed and is made possible by the Kansas Association of Community Foundations. Over a 15-module series, nearly every aspect of community foundation work is addressed: from asset development and quality grants programs design to fiduciary and policy matters. Also included is 24-hour-access to the easy-to-navigate short (5-15 min) modules in any order from the comfort of a home or an office, in private, or in group setting.
2018 Grantmaker Salary and Benefits Survey
Offered in partnership with the Council on Foundations, Philanthropy Southwest members were invited to participate in an annual salary and benefits survey during the summer of 2018. The initiative was designed to gather comprehensive data on staff composition and compensation in the U.S. for use in planning budgets, benchmarking personnel policies, determining salary levels for staff, and more. This national listserve is for community foundation CEOs.
