The Nonprofit Organizations Compliance and Internal Review Workshop is the perfect overview for new entrants and seasoned practitioners in the field. The program provides focused attention on key compliance issues for both private foundations and charitable organizations, plus practical walk-throughs of an IRS audit and an Attorney General Investigation. It also offers an interactive opportunity to discuss key forms and governing documents--Form 1023 and Forms 990 and 990-PF.
