We know that a critical part of EDI work is understanding bias and the role it plays, in both our individual interactions and the systems where we live. Studies show that many bias training efforts are ineffective, and that bias awareness alone doesn’t lead to lasting change. This is why we are taking a different approach by focusing on the skills needed to break the habit of bias and take action against bias in order to leverage diversity and activate inclusion. With support from Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, we have the opportunity to provide an exclusive offer to foundations who want to learn more about CCL’s research-based approach to going beyond bias awareness into action. We are offering complimentary seats (2 per foundation) to our new BEYOND BIAS™ self-paced online learning journey. This program is for leaders at all levels looking to equip themselves and their organizations with the understanding and tools needed to redefine bias beliefs and behaviors. It is an asynchronous program with 12 hours of learning over 4 weeks and moderated by a CCL expert.
