Join Unbound Philanthropy as we explore how communities across the U.S. can welcome asylum seeking children and families in a dignified and humane way. Families who are entering the U.S. through the unwinding of the Remain in Mexico policy, as well as unaccompanied children who are being processed through emergency intake shelters along the border region and reunified with parents or other relatives, will be arriving in communities across the U.S. from California to Florida, Texas to New York, and Arizona to the Washington D.C. region.

Funders, schools, health departments, city and county officials, business leaders, workforce and economic development agencies, neighborhood associations, and a wide range of community-based organizations can work together to build on existing collaboration and coordination for a robust, planful, and successful welcome. Join us for an update on the state-of-play on processing of unaccompanied children and families along the border region, and a deep dive into top destination communities where community-based organizations, funders, or the public sector are striving to coordinate and what we can learn from their ongoing efforts.
