Everything I Needed to Know...But Nobody Told Me: A Retreat For New Foundation Staff
Foundation staff with up to two years of experience at a grantmaking organization are invited to participate in a retreat that pairs new and seasoned philanthropists in a small group and one-on-one learning environment. Held in an intimate setting, this program allows for the sharing of ideas, experiences, and candid dialogue while establishing relationships which will continue long after the program ends.
One attendee remarked: "The retreat is a great way to make connections with local foundation staff, learn from their career ups and downs, and enjoy some quality time really reflecting on your job and how you can better serve your foundation!"
