Please join us for an interactive convening of Texas philanthropic entities with an interest in children and families. This action-oriented meeting is designed for funders who would like to:

  • Connect with colleagues and develop a network of funders interested in collaborating to promote innovation in Texas’ child welfare system

  • Learn from leaders in the field about the current environment, best practices, and future opportunities

  • Take action together to boost the impact of each funder’s work

Key content experts include Dr. Peter Pecora, Managing Director of Research Services for Casey Family Programs and Professor of Social Work at the University of Washington and Dr. David Sanders, Executive Vice President of Systems Improvement for Casey Family Programs. The meeting will be facilitated by Dr. Lynda Frost of Lynfro Consulting and will use a repertoire of facilitating methods designed to deeply engage all participants in working together on chronic, entangled challenges.

The first day of the convening will be held at The Meadows Foundation. The second day will be at held Hyatt Place Dallas/North Galleria. An agenda will be available on the PSW website in a few weeks. For program questions, please contact Luanne Southern or Lynda Frost.
