F. Xavier Peña will become Vice President for Finance and General Counsel at Houston Endowment on July 7, 2014. In that role, he will manage all legal affairs, serve as corporate secretary, lead the financial accounting team, and manage legacy real property holdings. Peña will serve on the executive leadership team. Peña will be leaving a position as Senior Counsel at Plains All American Pipeline L.P. He practiced law at Vinson & Elkins from 2001 to 2008.
