Health Foundation announces New Board Officers, Members
El Paso, Texas (Immediate Release) – The Paso del Norte Health Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Lisa Saenz as Chair and Charles de Wetter as Vice-Chair for the 2021 Health Foundation Board of Directors. Ms. Saenz has served on the board since 2015, serving as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Finance, Audit and IT Committee. Ms. Saenz is Executive Vice President-CFO for WestStar Bank. Mr. de Wetter joined the board in 2015. He served as the Chair of the Allocations Committee. Mr. de Wetter is a broker for Coldwell Banker Legacy.
The Paso del Norte Health Foundation also welcomed Amy Marcus, community advocate, to the Board of Directors for a first-term, along with Ruben Guerra, Guerra Investment Advisors, and Susan Melendez, community advocate, for second terms.

The Health Foundation was established in 1995 from the sale of Providence Memorial Hospital to Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Paso del Norte Community Foundation announces New Board Officers, Members
El Paso, Texas (Immediate Release) – The Paso del Norte Community Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Allison Glass as Chair and Leonard “Tripper” Goodman as Vice-Chair for 2021 Board of Directors. Ms. Glass has served on the PdN Community Foundation board since 2017. She is director at The Raben Group. Mr. Goodman joined the board in 2016. He is president of Goodman Financial Group.
The PDN Community Foundation also welcomed to the Board of Directors Julio Chiu of the Seisa Group, and Lisa Peisen of L&F Distributors, to first terms, along with Pablo Sanders, of Strategic Growth Capital, and Stacey Hunt Spier, with the Hunt Family Foundation, to second terms.
