Elena Marks is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Episcopal Health Foundation (EHF), a member of Philanthropy Southwest. Ms. Marks is also a nonresident Fellow in Health Policy at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, where her work focuses on health reform and access to care for low-income and uninsured populations. 

EHF is leading a philanthropic effort in Texas to help those most at-risk for contracting COVID-19 receive solid, trusted information about the benefits of taking the vaccine to keep their families safe.
