The Community & Health Foundations Convening brings together community foundations and health conversion foundations from across the Southwest to learn, connect, and grow together.
Designed for whole teams—from CEOs to program, finance, and communications staff—the convening emphasizes practical, nuts-and-bolts learning that participants can apply immediately in their day-to-day work.
