Level Pathways protects, prepares, and positions students experiencing homelessness for their future. We seek an Executive Director to lead the organization’s next chapter of safe, student-centered service, sustainable growth, and community partnership. The Executive Director serves as chief executive and works in partnership with the Board to set strategy, safeguard program quality, strengthen revenue, steward finances, lead staff and volunteers, and represent Level Pathways throughout the community. The successful candidate will bring evidence of nonprofit leadership, fundraising and donor stewardship, sound financial and operational management, collaborative people leadership, and excellent judgment in work involving young people and confidential information. Priority outcomes in the first year include strengthening financial sustainability; building clear, measurable program goals; deepening school, housing, donor, and community relationships; supporting staff and volunteers; and maintaining rigorous safeguarding, ethics, and compliance practices.
