Registration Tips

 

The following will be helpful information to keep in mind when you register:

You must be logged in to register (this is the case for any event, for members and non-members). If you have not previously logged on to the website, please choose “Member Login” in the upper right hand corner of your browser window. If you are already receiving our materials and are not sure of your password, select the "Forgot Password?" option at the bottom of the page, or, if you are new to Philanthropy Southwest, select "Create New Account." Be sure to check your "junk" email folder if you do not immediately receive an email from us. Once you receive that email, click on the link provided to access the "reset your password" page. Click "Log in" and enter your new, self-selected password. Click Save. That's it, you're in!
 
From the event page, select the appropriate item from the choices listed then select "Register Now" to add to your cart, which is located in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window. Note that you may add only one item at a time to your cart, but you do not need to checkout until all items have been placed in your cart.
 

As a member, you may also choose to register others from your foundation by selecting the appropriate registration option from the event page for each person, adding one at a time to your cart. Alternatively, if all registrants will be of the same “type,” you may add one registration and then go to your cart to change the quantity. Choose Update Cart. Once you proceed to checkout, you have the opportunity to identify attendee information by selecting "This registration is for: Myself, or Other Contact" as well as the event / meal selections. If the staff member or trustee you wish to register does not appear in the Other Contact list, you will need to create an account for that person here or from the Member Login screen before proceeding.

Most of your information should be pre-populated, but please verify the information and make updates as needed.
 
If you need to make adjustments to your event selections during the registration process, please use the back and "continue" buttons located at the bottom of the registration checkout screen.
 
Payment options include credit card or “bill me later” which is the option to pay by check. Please know, Philanthropy Southwest will not send an invoice (unless you contact our offices to request).

At the end of the checkout process, you will reach an order completion screen and receive an email confirming your registration. Detailed email confirmations will be sent to all registrations at a later date.
