PSW has launched a new Grantmaking Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) tool for funders and other groups to understand where organizations are on their DEI journey and to foster conversations with the leadership and board to increase DEI and ways to build that internal culture. This tool is now available free to Philanthropy Southwest members.
