Participants will learn how shared leadership enhances governance, builds stronger succession pipelines, and sustains mission impact during times of transition. CEO Strategy Circles by Foundation Type

Gather in structured peer groups aligned by foundation type (e.g., family foundations, corporate foundations, community foundations, independent/private foundations).

Each group will focus on:

• Role-specific challenges: Governance dynamics, succession issues, donor/parent company influence, and public visibility specific to their type.
• Strategic opportunities: Collaborative funding, influencing policy, leveraging endowments and mission-related investments, and aligning operations with values.
