New Episcopal Health Foundation report shows fewer Texans have problems paying medical bills

HOUSTON (Jan. 7, 2015) Fewer Texans say they have problems paying their medical bills in 2015 compared with 2013, according to a new report released by the Episcopal Health Foundation (EHF) and Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy.
